Anti-flooding system

The anti-flooding frame is a final solution to automatically protect dwellings from water seepage by just closing the window. It is an effective protection system even against extreme weather conditions and unforeseen disasters.

The anti-flooding system has been tested by devices created for the purpose and guarantees the best sealing against seepage also of stagnant water, even if long lasting.

Just like portholes, anti-flooding Axer^® systems offer hermetic sealing thanks to a specific gasket studied to correct the slightest imperfection in the co-planarity of the profiles. The anti-flooding system acts like an insurmountable barrier also against dust, draughts, insects and noise and assures high protection against break-ins.

For high risk buildings, Axer suggests an after sale maintenance agreement to keep the functionality of the frame also where accidental alterations of the product and/or misuses not recognizable by the lay user could cause a malfunction.
