TABSTM thermal insulation
Axer has patented a system for the implementation of windows and door frames in steel for high thermal insulation, which nowadays is widespread and used in many countries: the ventilated thermal break.
Drawing inspiration from nature’s principles, where air is used as the best insulator from heat and cold, Axer has developed new profiles studied to ease the air circulation inside the tubular frame, allowing the convective motion so created to stop and disperse heat or cold coming from the outside. This air circulation keeps glasses and frames dry, avoiding corrosion, oxidation and moulds.
With this system the rooms themselves are healthier. Upon request it is possible to apply to the frame a patented system that works as a ventilation controlled from inside. This system, manual or automatic according to the requirements of the client, thought to ventilate safely the rooms, with no infiltrations by insects and dust and in complete security and acoustic insulation, becomes strategic for the ventilation of the room when the window is closed. Thus it is ideal in situations where the windows have to stay closed for long periods.
The frame implemented with the new system TermoAreoBlindoxScocca®-TABS therefore becomes ventilated and might be customized to the utmost in terms of performance and aesthetics. Just like all the accessories for a car can be chosen at the moment of purchase, the steel frame can be customized, even in a second time, with regard to the level of ventilation of frame and rooms, to the degree of security and protection required and also to the choice of finishing, today limitless.
